An attractive gypsy style ring crafted from luxurious 18ct yellow gold. The smooth domed band completed with 5 old cut diamonds of graduated size within a boat shape setting.

The diamonds are antique old brilliant cuts, originally mined and cut pre-1930.   Old Cuts have slightly different proportions to the modern brilliant cut, with a deeper crown and flat cullet.  It would have been shaped and faceted without the modern technology the diamond industry relies on today, making each old cut diamond unique and something to admire.

Crafted from 18ct yellow gold, the ring has a partial hallmark, so it is impossible to attain an exact date, but looks to be early 20th century.  It is currently a size L 1/2, is suitable for resizing in some cases, so could be worn by a man or woman.  If you require an alternative size, please contact us.
