A classic square signet ring, made from weighty 14ct yellow gold, crafted into a smooth tactile band, embellished with hand engraving and gypsy set old cut diamond.  A style favoured by both men and women, a classic heirloom design.  Suitable for any finger or occasion, this is a lovely antique ring to own.

The diamond is an antique Old Brilliant Cut Diamond, originally mined and cut pre-1930.  Old Cuts have slightly different proportions to the modern brilliant cut, with a deeper crown and flat cullet.  It would have been shaped and faceted without the modern technology the diamond industry relies on today, making an old cut diamond something to admire.

Hand crafted from 14ct yellow gold the shank measures 2.5mm at the back increasing to 10 mm at the front.  The diamond has an approximate diameter of 5mm.

This ring is part of our pre-owned collection and has been professionally cleaned, polished, fully checked and tested so you can buy with confidence.  This is an antique ring, so will show some wear and require an awareness of its heritage when worn.

The ring is currently a size M and is suitable for resizing in most circumstances.
