The beauty of Tiffany is the luxury materials and elegance of design. This 18ct yellow gold necklace is from the Open Heart collection, designed by Elsa Peretti. The curvaceous heart has a round brilliant cut diamond, of excellent quality on both sides of the pendant and has a diameter of 22mm. Complete with an 18ct chain and presented in the original Tiffany & Co box. This is a discontinued design, but as a comparison, the new RRP of this necklace without the diamonds at the time of writing is £2225.
