This vintage inspired ring, evokes the glamour of the 1930’s and Art Deco period. The central Round Brilliant Cut Diamond of 0.40ct is a GIA Certificated Diamond, graded as E colour and Si clarity. It has been handset in a rub over setting of luxurious Platinum and the vintage feel of the ring is enhanced by the delicate milled/beaded edging to the settings. Encircling the central stone is a Halo of small bright round brilliant cut diamonds, grain set with a barrier edge, to protect them from everyday wear, so they will sparkle away safely. The head of the ring measures 9mm x 9mm. The shank of the ring is 2mm with parallel shoulders, set with 6 matching grain set diamonds in each side bringing the total diamond weight of the 28 smaller diamonds to 0.26ct. The shank of the ring has a slightly square look, which rounds to a court inner profile for a comfortable fit. It can also be described as ‘wed-fit’, which means that the head of the ring will sit over a wedding band, allowing it to sit flush against a typical wedding ring with no gap in-between. The ring carries the UK hallmark for Platinum, and weighs 5.1 grams.
