This lovely classic oval cluster pendant with a central 0.46ct oval red ruby is encircled by round brilliant cut diamonds with a total diamond carat weight of 0.06ct. The pendant is crafted from 18ct white gold with a simple pendant loop.  We have a selection of gold chains suitable to wear with this pendant.
