Elizabeth Welch - Exquisite Glass Sculptures.

View All Articles

Gold Art Chichester is proud to be an authorized stockist of Elizabeth Welch’s lampworked glass sculptures.  Hand-formed they are a stunning celebration of the colourful natural world, capturing the movement, character and quiet beauty of the animal world.

Each one of Elizabeth’s sculptures is carefully hand-crafted using borosilicate glass, which is melted to create her exquisite colourful and quirky pieces.

Elizabeth’s work achieves its bright colours using various metal oxides in particular silver, gold and germanium oxides. Taking inspiration from wildlife across the world, Elizabeth Welch’s collection is an impressive glass menagerie of colourful creatures.
