Team Growth
2008 - Douglas Newman Jnr joins the company as Area Manager and Watch Specialist, and is now CEO of Gold Arts Sussex.
2004 - Kerry Newman joins the company as a Goldsmith and main Jewellery Designer.
1995
Gold Arts Hove Store Opens
Opened as a Gold Arts Hove store in 1995. Later became part of GA Jewellers & Pawnbrokers, now with 6 branches across Sussex.
1993
Gold Arts Chichester Expansion
Expansion into Chichester. Specialises in antique and vintage jewellery, luxury watches, and brands such as Lalique and Fabergé.
1985
Gold Arts Eastbourne Opens
A new store opened as reputation grew. Now one of the leading jewellers in Eastbourne.
1979
Gold Arts Brighton Founded
A humble start in Brighton Lanes. Founded by Douglas Newman Snr with one member of staff.
