Although I can’t comment on my fiancé’s experience when buying my ring (other than to say he speaks incredibly highly of it!), I wanted to share my own experience with this wonderful jewellers.
After calling ahead to arrange a resize, I travelled down to the store in person. I’m not local, so I was expecting to leave the ring and return in a week or two — but the amazing staff went above and beyond to have it resized the same day for me. Their kindness and effort meant so much.
The ring itself is absolutely stunning, the atmosphere in the store is warm and welcoming, and I left feeling full of joy. Thank you to the whole team for turning what could have been a simple errand into such a special memory. Highly recommend!

We initially discovered Gold Arts after seeing an eternity ring advertised online at their Brighton store who offered to send it to the Chichester branch for us to look at. We thought the staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They did not make us feel rushed in any way about making a decision and they offered a very fair deal. Matt did a lovely job of resizing the ring without sacrificing any of the pretty detail. Since then, Gold Arts Chichester have become our go to place for anything jewellery and watch related. The staff genuinely want their customers to be happy and Mark, Matt, Noah and Laura are amazing. We would recommend a visit.

We tried a few places in the Lanes but nothing jumped out at us until we visited Newman’s. Louise was amazing from start to finish. She made us feel at ease and let us try on lots of different rings. We were able to go away and think about it and as we didn’t live locally she took the time to do all our measurements so if we did decide to go ahead all we had to do was phone up.
