To commemorate Bryony Frost’s first Grade 1 win at the Kauto Star Chase at Kempton on Boxing Day 2017, Gold Arts goldsmith Kerry Newman designed and crafted a bespoke Black Diamond necklace as a memento of the win with horse Black Corton. Reported in the Racing Post, 7th April 2018, Frost said, “Kerry and her father have a jewellers in The Lanes in Brighton and are good friends with the owners of Black Corton. They were in the box at Kempton after we won and over a glass of champagne said they’d love to represent the special day in a piece of jewellery”. The Racing Post added her delighted response to the unique necklace, “It’s not every day you get a present like that. I’m so proud and will be protective of the necklace, which will always remind me of the big day whenever I wear it”.
Bryony Frost is one of three female jockeys who raced in the 2018 Grand National coming 5th with Milansbar and has a promising career ahead of her.
