This spectacular ring has a superb untreated Ceylon sapphire, which is breath-taking. The platinum mount raises the sapphire in a neat claw setting, with sparkling white diamonds to frame either side. The ring is part of our pre-owned collection, and to ascertain the authenticity of the sapphire, it has been studied and graded by Anchor Cert, to confirm it is of natural origin and has no evidence of heat treatment. The certificate includes the description 'rectangular cut-cornered mixed cut, measurements of 7.51 x 6.48 x 5.96mm with an estimated carat weight of 2.70ct. The estimation of weight is because the gem is mounted, rather than loose. The head of the ring measures 13.2 x 7.7mm. The hallmarked platinum hoop of the ring measures 2mm width at the back. The ring is currently a size L which is suitable for resizing. This ring is part of our pre-owned collection and has been professionally cleaned and polished to perfection and fully checked and tested so you can buy with confidence from Gold Arts.
