This pre-owned example is presented in new condition, retaining its exceptional overall appearance and the crisp finishing associated with the Royal Oak. The distinctive Frosted Gold treatment creates a unique sparkling texture across the case and bracelet, beautifully contrasted by the polished and satin-brushed surfaces of the watch.
The watch is powered by Audemars Piguet’s self-winding Calibre 5909 movement, an ultra-thin automatic movement designed specifically for the Royal Oak collection. It provides hours, minutes and central seconds while maintaining the elegant proportions and slim profile characteristic of the Royal Oak.
The 37mm case is crafted from 18-carat yellow gold and features the Royal Oak’s instantly recognisable octagonal bezel, secured by eight hexagonal screws. The case and integrated bracelet showcase Audemars Piguet’s combination of polished and satin-brushed finishing, complemented by the distinctive Frosted Gold technique.
The dial features Audemars Piguet’s signature “Grande Tapisserie” pattern, with applied yellow-gold hour markers and Royal Oak hands treated with luminescent material for enhanced legibility. A date aperture is positioned at 3 o’clock.
The watch is fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a sapphire display caseback, offering a view of the finely finished automatic movement. Water resistance is rated at 50 metres.
