The Jaeger‑LeCoultre AMVOX2 is one of the most technically intriguing and visually distinctive chronographs ever produced through the celebrated partnership between Jaeger‑LeCoultre and Aston Martin. Designed to echo the innovation and performance engineering of Aston Martin, the AMVOX2 introduced a completely unconventional chronograph operation unlike anything else on the market.
This 2015 example is presented in very good condition and is supplied with its original box and papers. The watch features a bold black and silver dial with clear Arabic numerals, delivering a purposeful, instrument‑inspired aesthetic that reflects its automotive design influence.
Housed in a lightweight yet durable 40mm titanium case, the AMVOX2 does away with traditional chronograph pushers. Instead, the chronograph is operated by pressing the sapphire crystal itself — a remarkable piece of micro‑engineering that highlights Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s reputation as “the watchmaker’s watchmaker”.
Powering the watch is the innovative Jaeger‑LeCoultre Calibre 751E automatic movement, visible through the exhibition case back.
