This beautiful antique ring is crafted from rich 18ct yellow gold, with an elegant boat or 'Navette' shape design. The old cut diamonds are pave set, which maximises the sparkle of this wonderful ring. The diamonds are antique Old Brilliant Cut Diamonds, originally mined and cut pre-1930. Old Cuts have slightly different proportions to the modern brilliant cut, with a deeper crown and flat cullet. It would have been shaped and faceted without the modern technology the diamond industry relies on today, making an old cut diamond something to admire. This ring is part of our pre-owned collection and has been professionally cleaned, polished, fully checked and tested so you can buy with confidence. This is an antique ring, so will show some wear and require an awareness of its heritage when worn. Due to its age, it doesn't carry a hallmark, but has been tested by our registered valuer. The ring is currently a size O and is suitable for resizing. Please contact us if you require an alternative size, or more information.
