In line with government guidelines our retail shops and workshops are now fully open again.

We’re back and better than ever…we’ve used the time to refine our stock and enhance our stores with some exciting announcements being made in the coming months.

Our website still showcases many of our best-selling items, which can be purchased and posted to you. If you live near one of our stores or are planning a holiday nearby then we welcome you to try our ‘Ring and Reserve’ service. Click and collect is also an option at checkout.

Our goldsmiths and design team are busy taking commissions for bespoke jewellery and wedding rings, with a quick turn around on essential repairs including ring resizing, rhodium plating and mending all your favourite jewellery.

Quick answers to your Covid-19 related queries

Can you still guarantee next day delivery?

While we strive to deliver all orders over £100 with free next day delivery, the current Covid-19 restrictions have made this a little more challenging. The delivery of internet orders is currently within our usual dispatch time, however we cannot guarantee that the postal services which we use will remain as efficient as usual because of greater demand and staff shortages due to Covid-19. If you require an item urgently, please contact us directly and we can update you on the latest information we can obtain.

What Covid-19 safety precautions are you taking?

At Gold Arts we take our customer and staff’s safety as a priority. In line with government recommendations, we have made a thorough risk assessment and implemented all necessary precautions including easily accessible sanitiser, masks, protective screens, increased cleaning, social distancing and customer number limitations.

Are you still purchasing jewellery and watches?

Yes, we are always looking to buy a variety of watches and jewellery items, just pop into your local branch or contact Doug via email at doug@goldarts.co.uk to arrange posting the items or arranging an appointment.
